Jim left his legacy in the Greensboro community through his passionate pursuits in work and in play. He was the ultimate family man and his leadership qualities impacted so many around him.

This tournament was created to remember him by helping to cure the very disease that took him too early. Many would say the he was a kid at heart all the way til the end. With that sentiment, the tournament benefits Reelin' for Research in support of UNC Children's Hospital and childhood cancer research.
